I would like to know can i win case if i file for annulment petition if my wife concealed her past affair and continuing affair with her boyfriend even after marriage and also she and her parents used to extract money from me and enjoy with him over chats and meet him personally. Her parents knew about her affair before marriage but then also they married that girl with me since im disabled and thought that i never know that. my marriage is nonconsumated because my wife refused it because of my disability. I came to know about her past affair through her face book chats where she wrote love you to him. After marriage with same person my wife used to chat frequently and also meet him in name of shopping. I filed 12 1 c on april 2021.They are making allegations that we have not told about my disability which is clearly seen during wedding.Mediation failed recently.Now her advocate is asking for and demanding 8lakhs for mutual consent as her lover married other girl he was just friend to her. But i told that i will fight through court.?With all these proofs can i win annulment of marriage?
