Hi there I need advise on something Today I met with an accident with a car. I was on bike which recieved minor damage and the car uncle got his bumper loose of maruti Swift . After 1 hour they told that I must pay 1000 RS to them as compensation. That uncle son was in traffic police and he told me to show my driving licence. He took pictures of it. Will there be any problem in future ?
I filed a WRIT petition in the honourable Allahabad High Court against the biased recomputation of the DPC. The subject DPC committee member had violated several DOPT guidelines and wrongly interpreted its promotion policy because earlier I pointed out a blunder in the work of One of the members of the DPC. My WRIT is pending to decide meanwhile I have been got promoted in subsequent DPC. Can I use the subject WRIT for the reckoning of my seniority from the disputed DPC?
Hi, I applied legal heir certificate in court about my husbands self acquired property. My husband died we don’t have childerens. 1year completed still court not decided who are legal heirs. One flat on my joint names on me and my husband. In this flat present my in laws are staying. Can I send notice to my in laws to vacate our flat? Because it is in court and that too court not decided who are legal heirs. I think it comes under litigation and I have more tights to stay in that flat. Please suggest me.

Re marriage: i am a male and divorcee and married a divorcee girl (her parents told her daughter is divorcee ). i took divorce from previous marriage through lawful way ie by mutual consent from family court. Marriage was solemnised in the year 2017 and duly got registered in marriage registrer office.After about 3 months of stay, my wife went to her parents house and is not willing to come to my home and demanding to send money to her. After marriage, girl’s parent send us a documents ( divorce declaration duly notarized) stating it is divorce certificate but not from family court. Can we go to court for annulment ?
