Sir i was selected indian railway station master post in ntpc exam. I have document verification sep 29. One criminal case was filed against me in 2018 that case was disposed in 2020 I was acquitted. Magistrate gave judgement accused not found guilty. I have to fill attestation form. The question is have you ever been arrested? If I give yes and attach judgement copy it will create any problm?

I have ordered product (books) from app named ShopClues and their is nothing mentioned in front interface that this books are soft copies not hard one. I Didn’t receive any soft (pdf) copy of books or any hard copy.Customer care executive blaming me that you have to check the description before order any product . But i think it is their duty to mention in front that they are selling soft copy of books .When i talked to their customer care they told me that they are inable to refund me . Does i have to lodge case on them or not.
