  5. I joined a state govt job . Due to some family reasons I applied for leave without pay and started working.in private. I received a notice in between that such type of leave without pay is not applicable immediately after joining. I received a notice after 3 years that a person is nominated for enquiry to whom I should meet and explain. But I sent my resignation to the head of the institute who forwarded it to the govt. After 2 yrs from my resignation I came to know that my services have been finished and I am not disqualified from any future job and all proceedings against me have been withdrawn.I have not received any official order.Meanwhile I had applied from a central govt job and got selected in it.My question is what should I write in attestation form.Should I mention all this ?I had discussed with few lawers and all have different opinions . 50 percent say not to mention as u have not claimed that period in my eligibility and 50 percent say that mention and write that resigned in this year with no official communication till now.I dint want to lose this job and play legally safe. AlsoPlz advise.
