Property related rights?

Question

My father wants to make Will bequeathing his property to my sister. I was ousted from the property after my wife filed cases against me. What would be the legal rights of mine and my son in such case on the property?

    If its self acquired property of your father then he can bequeath his property by way of will to any one. But if its ancestral property then your son can claim right in d above said property and challenge the will in court having jurisdiction over the matter
