Hello Sir..I am power of attorney holder of a property. Though owner is residing abroad. Now I have to sale this property. What about the profit comming out of sale of this property. If I ll be liable for such profit or original owner.??

    What kind of power of attorney are you holding from the original owner. if the sale proceeds go to the owner then in that case the profit shall be remitted to the owner as you are holding the property as his agent and selling the same on the instructions of the owner.
