Starting own business and working with old company clients
Question
1st I gave resignation letter to the company which I was working and I was planning to start company and the old company client said we are happy to work with you. unfortunately my old company found that and sent me termination letter telling that we will take legal action if you are going business with our client.

IF i assume that there is no non-compete clause or non-solicitation clause, then the termination letter is illegal and you can send them a notice through an advocate for such illegal action. However if there is a clause which debars you from starting your own company or working with the clients of the old company, in such cases, the reading of the clause would make clear as to whether such a clause is reasonable or not. If the agreement is not properly stamped, in such case, the same may not be enforceable as well.
