Stalking repeatedly by police patrolling vehicles and individual policemen had been present for many years after i had filed a sexual harrassment complaint agaist professor.afer a gap of few yrs i hv returned to my hometown where again it had started with addition of hitting and attempt to hit and bugging of house by neighbours.i had filed complaints to senior police officials but they had not taken any action so far which has given more power to miscreants
