what to do when my car is stolen and inspector arrest me because the criminal use my car for wrong things in that case how i get bail

Firstly if your car was stolen, did you register any complaint in the police station? If yes, then with the copy of that complaint, inform the police as well as move bail application showing your bonafide. however if you have not moved any complaint after the car was stolen then by oral evidence you will have to prove that the car was not in your legal possession when the said crime was committed.
