I gave 80,000 for person in our Village . We have stamp bond paper as proof . He is saying that I will return only principal amount but not the interest what I have to do .

In that agreement between you and that person, is interest a part of the loan?
if he is not paying the principal and had agreed to pay the interest as well then you would be required to issue him a legal notice on the same through a lawyer. if he doesnt return, file a suit for recovery in the district court.
