There is a mention of Lease cum sale Deed date in the sale deed executed by BDA in favour of Mr. B & C. and same is reflected in my sale deed also executed by Mr. B & C in my favour. However I am having original Possession Certificate MEMO which is in favour of Mr. A Can I ask Co operative society people to consider Sale Deed executed by BDA in favour of Mr. B & C as MOTHER DEED.
