I ask the girl for sample of 4 different type of boxes 3 jackets 5 pants 1 pouch if everything is perfect there will be order of 2000 boxes 4000 jackets 5000 pants and 1000 pouch the time given to them for jacket and pant was 6 days and for boxes and pouch 4 days i was told yes she can do it within time and costing given to me was 5000 as as customer i told i will give her the money now taking an update on here whether she is doing or not here she is postponing and lying that yes she has taken the material and given for stiching also i knew she was lying bcoz on saturday she ask me to come with her for materials we went over there and i was told the bifurcation of costing which was 170 + 250 1260100 + 150 1250500 for each box 2000500 for pouchSo i paid the amound before i recieved a single product as she asked for money now the guy she told to make boxes she asked him for favours in materials and stiching where it was proven she lied because i went for shopping with her materials now the guy gourav comes from mumbai with boxes out of which 3 boxes are incorrect so i said gourav to give me the guys number who made boxes and the box guys said that gourav told him to make those incorrect boxes as gourav felt it was correct on the first day itself he asked me to come to meet him in hotel as he commited suicide so i rushed over there in curfew situation he was given the injection and was saved and so from next for 3 days they are making me go with them everywhere for stiching to get my product i have to go the place where she gave the product for stiching as i am calling them to get the update that where the work has reached so now they put all on me to go to places and collect i went for materials with her i went to collect the finished product with gourav for pants and jacket now the boxes were incorrect so now the i talked to the guy and send him the picture to make such boxes so he started making them now gourav is saying to pay him the money which he has spended as the delivery time was of 5 days he said he gave more money 4500 for stiching and gave deposit of 5000 for boxes that is not my fault i gave her the order and gave the money as well all 5000 which was told to me now the he backed off and the boxes were suppose to come from mumbai so the delivery charge of 1080 i had to pay because gourav said to return the money and being her friend i gave the moeny as she had none and she gave 5000 of gourav of box through me she transfered me the money and told me to send the guy who made box who took deposit and then he transfered to gourav and 4500 to stiching guy she transfered directly because of personal problems between them this thing happened now i wont be giving single order no way we dont have anything in written but the payment of what i made to her i wrote ALL PAID ALSO SOME SS WHERE SHE IS TALKING ABOUT GOURAV AND WHAT HE DID WITH HER AND ASKING FOR MONEY I DONT HAVE ANY RECORDING OR I NEVER SAID I WILL GIVE MORE THAN 5k but i paid 6080 plus 2020 for petrol and my time i just want to know can i take any legal action against them or can she take and legal action against me???
