would like to ask if neighbor continue disturbing our family and not stopping noise in front of my house and disturbing us day by day

If your neighbour is creating a problem, then you may call the police for the noise pollution being created by your neighbour. You can file a complaint against your neighbour to DC of your area for taking action for creating nuisance in public area with intent to cause mental and physical harm. that is an offence under Indian penal Code. For elaborate advice, you are required to provide details of the activities conducted by your neighbour causing nuisance to you.
