I am working in Deloitte! I was also working side by side with a german based content creator named Nikhilesh dhure! I never signed any contract with him! Everything was discussed on phone or texts! He paid me 4months but never gave me any videos to edit at that time. Now for that time, he is asking me to either give the money back or to give the videos from those month, as i am leaving him! Can someone help me here?
