one person taken amount from us construction of his building by providing his plot papers as security . Now he claiming that he doesn’t return money as his building construction delayed

If there is any written agreement between the borrower and the lender, then it is advisable to send a legal notice through an advocate for payment of the same. Further, the terms and conditions of the loan are required to be seen if the agreement is made between the parties otherwise file a suit for recovery against the borrower if no payment is received after sending the legal notice.
