My grandparents shared our land to my father and my father’s brother into three part in which that one part to my father, another one to my Father’s brother and remaining one is common for these two persons.
In common land situated between two partition land, In common land father’s brother occupies and have builded a shed for car parking and builded a staircase for their house.
now they give their land with house to their daughters and son.

my question is , how to get the common land from their hand and how to stop their registration
