Compliant made against me under POSH Act
Question
I have been subject to a complaint under POSH and I have given my reason as there was not intention to make female employee uncomfortable, but ICC have concluded that your intention doesn’t matter but perception of Female employee matters and so they have concluded for my separation from employment.
