Can a pending criminal case in the court be an obstacle in the way of joining the Probationary Officer’s Job in a Government Bank. The case has been pending owing to an altercation regarding a property dispute in the year 2018.

When you apply for the job, you will have to mention if the column is provided in the application form that there is a case pending and the sections as well which have been charged. Also kindly tell us as regards the status of the case, has the challan already been presented? in that case, if you are on bail, you would be required to mention the same in the form which will be filled by you while joining.
