Final Salary Settlement

Question

I used to be employed with a private school a couple of months ago but the full and final settlement has not been given by the institution till date. In spite of all the calling and reminders all the school is saying is that the final salary is pending with the finance department and is subject to clearance. What shall I do?

    Make a representation to the principle and the administrator of the school asking them to look into the issue. If u get no response, serve them a legal notice calling for settlement of dues and payment of salary.     First of all issue legal notice for settlement of your account and if they not settled the issue despite of legal notice then file a civil suit against the school and it’s management for recovery of your salary  which have not been paid by the school
