Final Hearing of the Service Matter case in the Court

Question

I had been an employee of a reputed IT company for the last 3 years before I was fired on false charges of misbehaviour I had filed a case in the court which informed that the case was in Causelist by the final hearing (service matters). Does the court hear our matters on that particular day?

    If all your pleadings in the matter are complete then the case will be heard finally however considering the present lockdown situation, kindly check with your lawyer if your particular Court is taking final hearing matters during the present pandemic situation.
