Company withholding my Full and Final Settlement

Question

 I was working as a Regional Sales Manager with a private company. As per the company’s written policy, I gave 3 months notice and resigned. The finance department has certified that I have no due to the company, but they are holding my dues, owing to a couple of customers not paying their outstanding to the company. Please advice.

    Have you written a direct mail to the management and the HR at your company?? IF yes, have they replied the above in your email? if not, then get a notice issued to them giving them an ultimatum to clear your dues because they cannot stop the dues for the reason that the clients have not paid. have they stopped salary payment of other in the company???
