How to close it

There is criminal case against me .that is private complaint case .charge is 323 . It was in December 2020 .but still it is pending .how to close it ..now it’s status is REJOINDER.

    If by closing you mean quashing the complaint, then the same can be done only by either compromising with the other party or by compounding the offence. Further, there is no rejoinder to be filed in a criminal proceedings. there seems to be an error in your understanding. in a private complaint, once the complainant leads the evidence, court issues summons to the accused persons and on their appearance trial is commenced whereby accused gets a right to cross examine the witness and argue its stand. the Rejoinders are filed in civil proceedings.
