Owing to high stress caused by my process lead which includes I’ll behaviour, discrimination,I requested for my process change and did not report to work for a week. Had submitted my medical documents about my hospital.
But the HR doesn’t seem to be interested to help me instead threatened me to proceed with the abscondment process if I don’t report in the same team from tomorrow
