I am a student at a university. Admitted in a 3 year course ,with 6 semesters. I did my first 3 semester well with no challenges. But I couldn’t proceed to 4th semester since the institution said it’s doesn’t have course materials. And I was forced to stop without any proper solution. And they have delayed the 3 year course now. Yet it’s not my fault or problem. As I had fully paid. Now they are telling me they still don’t have the material. They have a syllabus. Yet they still haven’t game me books as they are using a franchise. So now I want to persuade a legal action and I want to know if is it possible and how could everything work out.Thank you in advanced.

You can take civil as well as criminal action against the said university. Firstly you will have to get a legal notice sent to them for their deficiency. A consumer complaint can be filed simultaneously and a criminal complaint before the police stating the fraud being committed.

You would need to divulge more facts for a proper advice on the legal action that is to be taken first. You may contact the Team at Instalegal for the same via whatsapp, consultation via call or chat.
