    There are no facts given. However Section 295A IPC is a non-compoundable offence and hence the compromise cannot be effected between the parties but the complaint/FIR can only be quashed after the intervention of the Court.

    Punishment in S. 295A and 505 is maximum 3 years and for S. 153A is 5 yrs
