Question

I travelled by cab few months back. While booking cab it was showing that charges will be 1000 rs but while getting down from cab they charged with 9000 rs. Now I am asking for refund but they are taking time. It’s been two months. Shall I file a complaint against them. What if they won’t refund my money.??

    Send them a legal notice followed by a criminal complaint of fraud against them. Simultaneously you can also file a consumer complaint seeking refund of the extra paid money.
