My grand father died 10 tears ago and there was some agricultural land on his name. My grand father and grand mother orally distributed land to two sons. And sons are cultivating since 10 years . Now they want to register the land on their name from my grand father name. But 3 daughters of my grand father are making disputes. And they are not listening to grand mother also. What should the sons do.

If the father made an oral will to which the mother is a witness, file a suit for declaration on the basis of the oral will and it is advisable that the mother can file an affidavit as a witness to the oral will. further, in the said suit the brothers will have to show that on the basis of the partition by way of oral will, both of them are in cultivating possession of the share of land falling in their share for last 10 years
