Sir , I am a candidate from Kerala. I applied and written for a PSC post that demanding the following qualification 1. Degree 2. Data entry Operator Certificate from LBS ( LBS Center for Science and Technology , TVM) or similar Institutions or its equivalent approved by the Govt. I have 1. B Com 2. B Ed 3. M Com . In B Ed, I studied 1 year IT paper which cover all topics of Data Entry Operator from LBS . If PSC reject my application in Certificate Verification , Can I file a suit against It?
