Seeking Refund of the Flight Fare due to cancellation

Question

I had booked my flight for Singapore from New Delhi for the April 25th but owing to COVID-19 all the flights have been cancelled.  Can I seek a refund of the fare as per the Indian Law?

    There has been an instruction issued by the government/Aviation Ministry where by all the airlines have been directed to refund the full flight ticket cost for the flights without any cancellation fee. hence, it is advisable that you write on the customer care of the respective company of which you had booked a flight and mentioning the instruction issued, provide your account details where the refund is required to be deposited once processed.
