Cancellation of Flight owing to Covid-19

Question

I had booked a flight for the family for a vacation to Singapore on May 24. However the flight has been suspended following the pandemic Corona. Is the Airline liable for the refund? Please advice.

    Yes the airline is liable to refund, kindly write to the customer care of the airline and register urself for refund. Put in the entire details. I am sure you must have received a message of cancellation from the concerned flight company as well. do put a screen shot of that as well. The refund will be initiated as soon as the request is raised.
