Question

had taken a term loan, and the bank took emi from two different account of the same bank untill the loan was fully realised, and for that I suffered financially. The bank never accepted any application regarding this. Can I move into the court of law against the bank

Answer ( 1 )

  1. You have to check the terms and conditions of the loan agreement which was signed by you, usually there is a mention in one of the clauses wherein you give the bank permission to withdraw the amount to be paid from any other account held by the loaner. for that a separate permission is not required as the amount in the other account is treated as lien. kindly share the loan agreement for further consultation.
