Brother’s wedding got cancelled refund policy

Question

My brother’s wedding got cancelled prior to 1 month due to some issue we have to change the wedding venue. We have given advance 1.50 lakh to Event manager and 50k to lawn venue. Now Event manager is pushing us to pay more than advance given instead of some amount of refund as he is saying I’ve lined up the whole event. What should I do next?

    In such a situation, if there was any written contract, the refund would be governed by that. It is advisable to send a legal notice first and seek the refund of the booking amount. you are required to contact the team via whastapp for documentation services.
