There is no road in sale deed of plot but seller is telling he is giving road from land is it correct

Question

There is a plot which I want to purchase where seller is telling he is giving road whereas in sale deed there is no road mentioned.
Is it possible to give road after wards

    The road if private is required to be mentioned for the purpose of sale as after the sale, no right of possession of road would be granted however you may claim easement rights.
