Additional Maintenance Demand from the builder

Question

I have taken possession of a flat in a township in Pune in 2018.Before getting possession the builder had given me no Dues Pending letter indicating that there are no dues pending.Before taking possesion I had paid 2 years maintenance in advance as demanded by the builder.Now the builder is demanding additional maintenance and sending every month legal notice on his letterhead every month.When I have No dues letter what should I do?

    If the demand notice is being sent in contravention to the terms of the agreement then do not respond to the legal notice however you have a right to file a consumer complaint for the harassment being faced by you from the builder for violating the terms and conditions of the agreement.
