Laptop Replacement and service denied

Hello Sir,I have purchased a laptop on 22 Feb 2023 and i found that there is a problem with the hinges as hinges are loose so the screen get sliding backwards when we lift the laptop so i raised multiple complaints and i have 5 job sheets till yet and finally they are agreed to give me the replacement and when replacement came they checked that there is a damanged less 1 inch plastic in the right side of end cornor in my laptop so they denied and ends warranty while its not effecting anythingThere may be chance when the person pick the laptop from my home to service center and from Service center to home, he keep the laptop with all other laptop and accessories without any safety.Last time he returned my laptop in hurry but I haven’t checked at that time. He even didn’t take my signature. But i haven’t checked at that time. So i think this damaged is caused by that person.

If the damage is caused due to the service person and the replacement is being denied due to that, it is advisable to file a consumer complaint seeking refund or replacement. attach all the order sheets showing that the laptop was a faulty laptop since the beginning and all the repairs done by the service provider has resulted into nothing thus there is gross negligence and due care has not been taken. chances of success are higher where the consumer court may direct the company to replace.
