Hi, I was contacted my zest money and telling cibil will be hit, for payment i did make. Later i found out it was Myntra’s fault as it was a payment gateway issue. It happen on 2 Jan, and i raised it to Myntra amd the customer care didn’t help me they were simply pushing around,. I have the call recording as well. Zest has asked me to do file a police case. What should i do Myntra team is delaying and representative are lying and playing around i have the recordings as well

If no solution is being given by myntra, file a police complaint. Things will work faster otherwise it may be a kind of fraud only which has taken place.
