IFB dishwasher service not given properly

Question

We bought dishwasher of IFB company. They said that three years AMC is there. The machine was bought in 2017. 3 years are over and since last 7 months we are facing problem in the machine. The service people come and charge for some products which were not included in aMC. But still the problem is coming. I want refund of my money or replacement. Please help and suggest.

    You have to first send a legal notice to the IFB people and if they do not replace it/refund ur money on the receipt of the legal notice then in that case you will have to proceed and file a consumer case against IFB for deficiency of service on the part of the IFB people.
