I was having pain in my throat as I could not eat or drink anything. I got myself checked at government hospital who on initial checkup did not diagnose anything and gave me medication. I have been getting all the tests done from past 1 year almost regularly. In all the tests conducted, they also conducted tests for cancer as well but according  to the govt lab, nothing was detected. Now on the same day I got my test done in private lab as well as government. The private lab has shown traces which as per report are malignant but the govt lab is again saying nothing is detected. Who would be liable if in fact I have been having cancer all this one year? How to proceed?
