My real date of birth is 04-03-1995. But in my CBSE 10th certificate, it’s 03-03-1996. And all other documents like birth certificate, passport, University documents, aadhar card, voter id card, PAN card have the correct date of bith ma’am.     CBSE is yet to come out with the new rules on the basis of the guidelines. Meanwhile it is suggested that you apply to CBSE in the light of the recent decision of Jigya Yadav v. CBSE and quote the relevant portion of the supreme court decision in your application. Need not apply through school. Apply directly
