Sue Car Dealer for Replacement of Fake Part
Question
I purchased my car from a reputed dealership last year and a week ago I drove to the authorized service centre to get a misfire fixed. I was intimated by the manager who called me at work that the fault was due to a bad head gasket which they agreed to replace at a discounted price. It was revealed later on that the part was a refurbished one for which I was charged the price of the original. I feel cheated and wish to take legal action against the dealer.

Issue a legal notice to the car dealer who has replaced the part with the refurbished part charging you with the original price. simultaneously you can also institute a criminal complaint against the dealer for fraud, cheating and misrepresentation. Kindly contact the team at Instalegal for getting your Legal notice issued from the expert team.
