Unauthorised transactions from SBI Saving account

Question

I already filed case in Chandigarh consumer court against sbi for illegal transactions 34 times in one day at night not informing to customer whereas mobile number and email registered
Banking ombudsman passed an order may revered the disputed amount of rs 126031 but Bank credited only rs 78043 without informing customer Bank. Submitted his written statement next hearing date is 28 March 22
Kindly help And advice

    Without going through the bank written statement before the consumer court, it is difficult to give you the best advice here however you have to lead evidence of the wrong doing by the bank i.e. deficiency in service and prove your case. Place heavy reliance on the order passed by bank ombudsman.
