Want to Create Medicine Info. only website. Do I need Approval

The Website I want to create will only contain information regarding different types of medicine such as its composition, company name etc. I will not sell medecine on the website. Do I need Govt. Approval for this.

No you do not require any approval for displaying the information regarding any medicinal product however if you display any wrong information then you may be prosecuted under the Information Technology Act for displaying false information with intent to obtain wrongful gain by deceit. you can also be held liable under other penal provisions.
