Lack of Personal Parking Area

Question

I had purchased a 1250 square ft flat and gave the booking amount on December 2017. While booking the apartment we were promised a four-wheeler private parking area for 1 in the basement, but to my dismay, I never found an empty parking place. When I complained he simply told me to accommodate in the common area for he had given our place to someone else.  Please suggest so that I  can get justice.

Builder has to provide one parking area to the flat owner except the common parking area and if he is not ptoviding the same then its amount to deficieny in service and unfair practice so you can file consumer complaint against the builder

In the agreement to sale, is the personal parking area mentioned? have you paid any amount extra for the personal parking area? If yes, then since your direct complaint has rendered no outcome, it is advisable to send a legal notice to the builder citing the agreement and seeking damages for the non availability of the parking area as the same has been sold to someone else. if the matter is settled, good enough, otherwise, file a consumer complaint in the district consumer forum of your area for deficiency in service against the society and the builder. For further assistance as regards the Legal Notice, contact the team directly through whatsapp or call or chat as provided on the website.
