Installation of CCTV due to recent thefts in the neighbourhood

Question

Numerous incidents of thefts in the neighbourhood has given us sleepless nights. We residents approached the management for the installation but they outrightly refused our request citing it as insignificant. What are the options available with us?

    If the management has refused such a demand, If you are living in a society and your society is having a registered RWA then approach the Registrar against the non-action of the management. meanwhile you may also send a legal notice to the effect that if the CCTV are not installed, you would be constrained to take legal action in accordance with law.
