Education Institute fails to fulfil the promised obligations

Question

An education Institution in Chandigarh did not deliver the promised coaching during the stipulated period (6 months in the brochure ) It has resulted in not only in time waste but also unnecessary harassment.We were not taught the mandatory skills that were specifically mentioned in the brochure. I would like to know if I shall file a claim and the time it shall take to resolve.

    If you are not satisfied with the coaching or the quality of coaching given then speak with the institute for refund. However if you have attended the entire course and the study material as well but you are not satisfied with the skills of the teacher employed, i am afraid legally they have performed their job as there was no guarantee given by the teacher that you will like his skills. So it is advisable to take a wise decision after attending the demo classes before enrolling with a coaching institute.
