The monthly broadband bill came reasonably high. It has been a couple of times I have requested the internet bill but have still not received it as yet. What possible action can I take against some internet service provider in India who has denied me the bill?
Firstly get issued a legal notice to the airtel company keeping in loop the local service provider as well. Meanwhile, also file a consumer complaint showing the negligence on their part and malpractice followed putting the burden on the customer. The consumer complaint will be filed in the district consumer commission giving every fact in detail supported by the documents.
