Mutual divorce completed but not withdrawn DVC and 498A?

Question

Mutual divorce is completed but my wife not withdrawn 498Acand DVC. She is torturing me also after taking final amount.what can I do now. She published videos in social media also before divorce so can I file a cheating case on her if yes how?

    If one of the terms of settlement was to withdraw the cases against you then in that case file a quashing petition in the High Court on the basis of the compromise.

    Cheating case cannot be filed now once you have condoned the act of the wife however if she is violating the terms of the compromise, appropriate proceedings can be initiated against her but for giving the best advice regarding the proceedings, the documents are required to be perused as regards the settlement and other litigations between the parties.
