Firstly you are requested to mention the religion on the basis of which you would be able to take the best advice as regards the way to obtain divorce from the husband. The common ways are either to file a contested divorce petition on the grounds mentioned in the personal laws of the person under which the marriage has taken place and the other way if to file a mutual divorce petition.
