1. My ex-boyfriend asking for money he gifted me appliances & furniture for my new flat when we were in relationship. He is very toxic in behaviour, though i was compromising that but later his behaviour became worse so I had to break up with him. He paid around 6lakhs for the flat which my mother has repaid him. Now he is asking for money he gifted for the flat and sent me a lawyer’s letter on the ground of fraudulent of money. Is there no law on mental harassment that I had to bear all the years with him? And how will I get out of this situation? My mother can no more give him money, & I’m currently unemployed and broke. What to do?
