Daughters Divorce

Question

My daughter was married in May 2019. She is living with her inlaws since then in AP. The treatment is bad and their mindset doesn’t match with hers.She has come to stay with her grandparents recently. We want to go for divorce.I am in Mumbai.whats the way forward for us legally.
The son- inlaw also says that our mindset doesn’t match.Finds faults and behaves rudely.no communication for days.
Please advise

    Merely speaking rudely is not a ground for divorce because that may be counted as a normal wear and tear of the marriage. You need to prove cruelty if you decide for a contested divorce petition.
